Return & Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy sets out the terms under which AERVAULT accepts returns, issues refunds, processes cancellations, and provides warranty coverage. By placing an order with us you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full. This policy should be read together with our Shipping Policy and our Terms of Service. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection law.

1. Return window

We accept returns of eligible items for a period of sixty (60) days from the date on which the order is received by the customer, as evidenced by carrier delivery records. Requests to return an item that are initiated after this sixty (60) day period has expired will not be accepted, and we reserve the right to refuse and return to the customer, at the customer's expense, any item sent to us outside of this window.

2. Returns must be authorized through us

All returns must be arranged and authorized directly through AERVAULT before any item is sent back. The customer must contact us to initiate a return, after which we will provide a return authorization and a return shipping label. Items returned without prior authorization, sent to an address other than the one we provide, or shipped using a label other than the one we issue, may be refused, may not be tracked, and may not be eligible for a refund. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or delayed because they were not arranged through us.

3. Condition of returned items

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be unused, in their original and undamaged condition, and returned in the original packaging with all tags, accessories, manuals, pumps, inserts, and free or promotional items included. Items that are returned used, worn, washed, soiled, damaged through use, missing components, or otherwise not in resalable condition may be refused, or may be subject to a reduced or partial refund at our sole discretion to reflect the diminished value of the item.

4. Inspection on arrival

The customer should inspect their order promptly upon receipt. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer must contact us immediately, and in any event within a reasonable period, providing the order number and clear photographic evidence, so that we can evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate remedy. Failure to report a visible defect or damage within a reasonable time may affect eligibility for a remedy.

5. Return shipping costs

Unless an item is confirmed by us to be defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly shipped, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Where we provide a prepaid return label, the cost of that label will be deducted from the refund issued to the customer. Original outbound shipping charges and any optional add ons, such as shipping insurance, are non refundable.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are available subject to stock availability. For the fastest exchange, the customer should contact us before returning an item so that we can advise on the process. We reserve the right to fulfill an exchange as a refund and a new order where an exchange cannot be completed.

7. Order cancellations and the processing window

A customer may request cancellation of an order and a refund only while the order has not yet shipped. Orders frequently move into a processing state very quickly after being placed. Once an order has entered processing, we will use reasonable efforts to honor a cancellation request, but we do not and cannot guarantee that a cancellation can be completed at that stage, as the order may already be picked, packed, or dispatched. Once an order has been handed to the carrier it can no longer be cancelled, and the customer must instead follow the return process set out above. We are not obligated to cancel an order once it has shipped.

8. How refunds are processed

Once an authorized return has been received and inspected, and provided the item meets the eligibility conditions of this policy, we will process the refund and send a confirmation by email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Please note that returned packages may take several business days to arrive at our facility and to appear in tracking, and that, depending on the policies of your bank or payment provider, it may take up to ten (10) business days after processing for the refunded amount to appear in your account. The amount refunded will reflect any deductions described in this policy, including return label costs and any reduction for items not returned in resalable condition.

9. Items not eligible for return

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including but not limited to gift cards, items marked as final sale, items returned outside the return window, items returned without authorization, items damaged through misuse, and items returned in a condition that is not resalable. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.

10. Final sale items

Items purchased at a reduced, discounted, clearance, or promotional price, and any item expressly marked or described as final sale at the time of purchase, are sold on a final sale basis. Final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit under any circumstances, except where the item is defective and covered under the warranty section below or where a non waivable right is granted to the customer by applicable law. By purchasing a final sale item the customer acknowledges and accepts that the sale is final.

11. Lifetime warranty

AERVAULT provides a lifetime limited warranty against genuine manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the registration requirement below. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product, or, at our sole discretion, a comparable replacement or credit, and does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, fading, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, improper care, unauthorized repairs or modifications, damage caused by the carrier, or any use of the product other than its intended use. The warranty is non transferable and applies only to the original purchaser who completes registration. Proof of purchase and completed registration are required for any warranty claim. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights under applicable law which are not affected by this warranty.

12. Mandatory warranty registration within 7 days

To activate the lifetime warranty, the original purchaser must register their product within seven (7) days of receiving it. Registration is completed by sending an email to admin@airbackpack.store using the template below. Products that are not registered within this seven (7) day period are not covered by the lifetime warranty, and we reserve the right to decline any warranty claim where valid and timely registration cannot be demonstrated.

13. Changes to this policy

AERVAULT reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of this Return and Refund Policy at any time and at its sole discretion by posting the revised policy on this page. It is the customer's responsibility to review this policy periodically. The policy in effect at the time an order is placed governs that order.
