Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how AERVAULT prepares, ships, and delivers orders, and sets out the respective responsibilities of AERVAULT and the customer once an order has been placed. By placing an order with us you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Shipping Policy in full. This policy should be read together with our Return and Refund Policy and our Terms of Service, all of which form part of your agreement with us.
1. Order processing times
We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, and most orders are prepared for shipment within twenty four (24) hours of being placed. During periods of high demand, promotional events, product launches, holidays, or other circumstances that increase order volume, processing may take longer, and you should allow up to seven (7) business days for your order to be prepared and handed to the carrier. Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The processing period begins once payment has been received and successfully verified, and orders are typically prepared on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays observed in the country from which the order is fulfilled.
2. When the shipping period begins
The shipping and delivery period begins only once all items in your order have been fully prepared, packed, and handed over to the carrier, and not from the moment the order is placed. Where an order contains multiple items, we may, at our sole discretion, hold the order until all items are ready so that it can be shipped together, or ship items separately at no additional cost to you. Any estimated delivery dates communicated at checkout, by email, or elsewhere are approximate, are provided for convenience only, and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery by any particular date.
3. Shipping fees and methods
Shipping is not free on all orders. We offer a range of shipping options that may carry different fees depending on the destination, the size and weight of the order, and the service level selected. The shipping fee applicable to your order is calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed. Free shipping applies only to orders that meet or exceed the qualifying order value shown on our site and at checkout. Orders below that threshold are charged the shipping fee shown at checkout. By completing your purchase you agree to the shipping fee displayed. Shipping fees are non refundable except where expressly stated in our Return and Refund Policy or where required by applicable law.
4. Shipping locations and fulfillment
Orders are shipped from our primary fulfillment facility. Where an item is temporarily unavailable at that location, or where it is more efficient to do so, we reserve the right to fulfill all or part of your order from an alternative facility or third party fulfillment partner in order to deliver your order as quickly as possible. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit, refuse, or cancel orders shipping to certain destinations, and to decline service to any person, region, or jurisdiction.
5. Third party carriers and limitation of responsibility
All shipments are carried by independent third party carriers, including but not limited to UPS, FedEx, DHL, national postal services, and their subcontractors. These carriers operate entirely outside of our control. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, custody of and responsibility for the package passes to that carrier. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AERVAULT is not responsible or liable for any loss, theft, delay, misdelivery, damage, or destruction of a package that occurs while it is in the possession of the carrier, nor for any delays caused by weather, customs, strikes, force majeure, incorrect information provided by the customer, or any other event beyond our reasonable control. Tracking information is provided so that the customer can monitor and follow up directly with the carrier regarding the status of a shipment.
6. Risk of loss and title
Risk of loss for all products purchased from AERVAULT passes to the customer upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. Title to the products passes to the customer once payment has been received in full. Any claims relating to loss, theft, or damage in transit must, except where shipping insurance has been purchased as described below, be pursued by the customer directly with the carrier.
7. Optional shipping insurance
Shipping insurance is offered as an optional, paid add on that the customer may elect to purchase at checkout. Where the customer selects and pays for shipping insurance, packages that are verifiably damaged or lost in transit may be covered in accordance with the terms of that insurance, and we will assist the customer in resolving a valid claim. Where the customer declines or does not purchase shipping insurance, AERVAULT bears no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage occurring in transit, and any recourse lies solely with the carrier. Insurance claims may require photographic evidence, proof of damage, retention of all packaging, and completion within any time limits we or the insurer specify.
8. Incorrect addresses, failed delivery, and return to sender
It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at the time of checkout. We are not able to guarantee changes to an address once an order has entered processing. Where a package is undeliverable, refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender as a result of an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address, an absent recipient, or a failure to collect or pay applicable charges, the customer is responsible for all resulting costs, including the cost of the original outbound shipment, the return to sender charge, and the cost of a new shipping label to re ship the order. We are not obligated to re ship an order until these costs have been paid, and reserve the right to treat such orders in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
9. International shipments, customs, duties, and taxes
For shipments outside the country of fulfillment, the order may be subject to customs inspection and to import duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined solely by the customs authorities and other government agencies of the destination country, are entirely outside of our control, and are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless expressly stated. All such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are payable by the customer in addition to the amount paid to us. We have no ability to predict, calculate, or influence these charges. Refusal to pay applicable duties or taxes, resulting in a package being held, returned, or destroyed by customs, is treated as a return to sender as described above, and any refund will be reduced accordingly.
10. Delays and force majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in processing or delivering an order that arises from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, epidemics, government actions, customs delays, carrier disruptions, labor disputes, strikes, war, civil unrest, supply chain interruptions, or technical failures.
11. Tracking and follow up
Once an order ships, tracking details are provided by email where available. The customer is responsible for monitoring tracking and for contacting the carrier promptly regarding any apparent delay or delivery issue. Where a tracking record indicates that a package was delivered, the order is considered fulfilled, and any dispute regarding non receipt must be raised with the carrier.
12. Changes to this Shipping Policy
AERVAULT reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of this Shipping Policy at any time and at its sole discretion by posting the revised policy on this page. It is the customer's responsibility to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the site or placement of an order following any change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
